Acknowledgement and Thanks
Firstly to Svend Sorensen and Joe Wu whose work in establishing and setting up the Coaching Forum inspired the idea for this forum which Joe was also crucial in establishing.
Purpose of the Site
The Volunteer Network is designed to get people's idea and thoughts and share information with people all over the country. Questions, solutions, ideas etc. This forum belongs to all the people in our sport at any level.
If putting on a post you don't have to use your real name you can use an alias - e.g. shuttleblaster etc.
The network has a number of sections that contain "threads" or contributions from people (members) who are registered. Anyone can register as listed below.
To View
(Anyone can view member and non membrs)
Simply go to the section you would like to view, click on the thread you want to read.
Click on home at the top blue bar to go back to the main screen
To Register
(Note although it can be a hassle you only have to Register once and is not that hard once you get into it)
Any problems with this process give me a call Cliff Freeman on 021-676-231.
Click on the "register" tab on the blue bar at the top of the page. This will take you to a screen.
Follow the details - note for username - e.g. an alias or your real name this will appear next to any threads you put up or "post".
Don't forget to type in the security numbers listed and to click the I Accept button at the base of the screen.
An activation code will be sent to your email. This is a bit long but you only have to use it once.
To Log In for the First Time
Once you have your code go to the blue tab at the top of the first screen or if still in the registration screen a login box may already pop up for you.
Click on Login, enter your password then enter the long activation code.
You can now post items anywhere except the read only section (which is just the very first section only).
After you are activated when logging in all you will need is your username and password.
