Leadership:
The most important part of any club or association is good Leadership.
People are and always will be your greatest asset, so a Plan must be developed to recognize that and make it happen.
It's absolutely crucial to look after your people as a leader.
Having a simple a plan covering how you will look after your people: how you are going to welcome them and how you will look after them if they suffer hard times can work wonders.
Communication is vital to making sure your people are looked after. Having a quiet chat with them regularly and finding out how they are going, listening to them.
Give your people a helping hand and they'll do the work for you.
