Remember you can register an alias on the forum.
Does anyone have any tips on performance - e.g. a solution to a problem you faced, some idea or habit or thing that you did that helped you find a small or large improvement in performance?
It could be a ritual to get past the tough points, someway to rediscover your love of the sport, something that just gave you an edge.
It doesn't matter what level you play or even if you don't play something that helped you in any walk of life, at any age may be the key that can really help someone else.
Or if you have a question about that or other things ask away and you will tap into not only the members but those viewing the forum who may have an idea that can help you.

Most people start to warmup with clear strokes, that is not a very good way to start working your racket arm, it is far better to start with drive shots ½ court or with drop's.

remember that grip change is one of the most imported things in our game, de grip change is going cross over the court, so you use FH grip on the FH side on the net, and the same grip on you BH side when the shuttle has past you. The same happend on your BH side on the net you use the BH grip and the same BH grip on your FH side when the shuttle has past you.

A fact: There are no wrong grips, only wrong situations where you use the grip. So never tell a new starter that he/she use the wrong grip, just tell them where you would use that kind of grip and say that now you want to do a differand situation and there for a differand grip.

Tip: Footwork to your BH side is no longer done with your Right foot has the last step out (if your Right hand player). You only use this in a situation where the shuttle has past you, but when you still have the shuttle at the same level of your body or before you you step out with left. This way you are a lot faster back and you keep vision on the other side of the court.
